Crisis Chat is one-on-one with a Support Team Member; it's 100% confidential and anonymous.

Our hours are as follows:

- Sundays: 12 pm - 4 pm
- Mondays: 6 pm - 10 pm
- Tuesdays: 6 pm - 10 pm
- Wednesdays: 6 pm - 10 pm
- Thursdays: 6 pm - 10 pm
