Youth One is a place where young people can get support and give support.

Our online Peer Support services (Peer Support Forums and a Crisis Chat room) are for youth who are going through a tough time – be it with a relationship, school, family, health, or crisis situation. We are confidential and non-judgmental, and we're here to listen and empower.

You can also browse through our articles and list of resources and links to connect to further information. So whether you need to vent and get things off your chest, wanting to help others who are reaching out, or just looking for more information, we're here to help you along the way.
